Job Description

The Company Workplace Experience Team leads the integration of employee technology across the enterprise to provide an exceptional technology experience at the Company. Benchmarking, measuring experiences, curating training for new tech opportunities, and communicating tech benefits allows us to influence technology decisions that reflect employee interests. What you’ll be able to do: • Be at the forefront of providing an exceptional IT experience for our workforce. • Design employee-centered technology experiences focused on hybrid working. • Collaborate across skill teams to assess requirements, identify gaps in current processes, and understand capabilities in order to create successful workplace solutions focused on employee needs. • Leverage user needs assessments, benchmarking and research to inform design recommendations • Communicate recommendations to stakeholders in a concise format • Leverage storytelling to clearly articulate design ideas and decisions and participate in feedback discussions. • Define meaningful success metrics to gauge experiment outcomes and learnings. • Model an iterative design mindset, summarize key learnings and evangelize progress made through iteration. • Leverage human-centered design/design thinking principles to lead design sprints, assumption/hypothesis mapping, experiment design/execution and learnings documentation. • Lead with creativity and flexibility in the design of experiments/tests to enhance the employee experience. Be willing to try, fail and adapt in a quick cycle.
Skills Required:
•Understanding of analog and digital prototyping •Demonstrated ability to help stakeholders understand the importance of user-centered, empathetic design approaches. •Self-starter comfortable working in ambiguous environment with shifting priorities •Highly motivated individual demonstrating leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills •Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent responsibilities
Skills Preferred:
Experience Required:
•3+ years practical hands-on experience with creating technology-centered user experiences •3+ years proven track record of successfully delivering user-targeted solutions utilizing UX design and HCD principles •Experience creating journey/experience maps, service/interaction models, personas, flows and wireframes. • Experienced in seeding innovation methodologies and mindset in a large organization. •Experience with collaboration technology such as Webex, Bluescape, M365

•Bachelor’s degree in human-center design or equivalent.
