Job Description

Incident Management Analyst position is part of Incident Management team whose main job is to provide direction and support to technical and application teams during and after incidents. He/she is responsible for ensuring clear and timely communication by following Incident process best practices and standard process. Specifically, this position will: • Lead high/critical incidents and ensure that incidents are resolved in a timely manner • Keep IT management informed of incidents and status through the IT Advisory process • Drive to Root Cause after the end of an incident • Review and manage open incident advisories
Skills Required:
• Basic understanding of Mainframes, databases, Networks, servers, client infrastructure, security and applications. • High level understanding of IT Infrastructure designs and operational processes. • Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written), with business users and management. • Emotional Resilience & continuous improvement philosophy and practice • Self-starter. Good time-management skills. • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes
