Vehicle Personalization is a self-contained profit-based business unit of the Company within Company Customer Service Division responsible for creating trending accessories and specialty vehicles for the Company installed at our manufacturing facilities, modification-centers, dealerships or by the customer. As a Business Operations Analyst you will be a critical member of a Core Program Team responsible for development and approval of various documentation, cross-functional meeting facilitation, process improvements and core support for program launch. Core Responsibilities: • Lead the team through the development and approval of core program related documents including but not limited to; program business cases, cost/feasibility/timing analysis, program timing plans, program direction forms and sourcing documentation. • Support key milestone deliverables from Program Start to Program Approval. • Lead cross-functional Cost, Feasibility & Timing (CFT) evaluation for Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Quality. • Manage business case content development, program timing and financial approvals for production and dealer channel accessory programs. • Analyze financial, engineering and manufacturing data to ensure financial viability of programs prior to approval. (Including program content, timing, financials, etc.) • Identification and resolution of program and business case issues (e.g., Company Financial Targets, Timing, Feasibility etc.) • Ensure smooth business case transition from the Business Group to Planning / Program Management. • Interface with Senior Management, Purchasing, Finance, Market Areas and other Global Regions. • Facilitate key meetings and coordinate action plans to resolve issues. • Identify and support procedural updates as the business climate changes. • Work seamlessly within a Hybrid Work Model environment as directed by the Company.
• Possess base to intermediate level knowledge and functional proficiency in MS Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and various Internet browsers. • Possess positive behavioral attributes fitting of a Corporate Professional including, but not limited to, Integrity, Maturity, Diplomacy, Leadership, Interpersonal Skills, Assertiveness and Self-Motivation.
• Prefer Company experience of 3 – 5 years with direct responsibilities related to product development, launch support, vehicle operations, etc. • Will consider candidates with 3 – 5 years of automotive industry experience with either OEM or Tier 1 Supplier and position responsibilities directly related to product development, launch support, vehicle operations, etc. • Possess base to intermediate level functional and technical experiences to readily contribute to the success of the Vehicle Personalization team
• Bachelor’s degree in associated field
