Job Description

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will: • Develop and drive strategic talent acquisition plans for all Skill Teams • Serve as the SME to HR & operations on and campus hiring • Support special hiring needs (i.e. M&A, new Skill Team, specialty emerging skills) • Gather external / internal talent trend and benchmark data to drive talent acquisition decisions • Lead implementation of the annual recruiting cycle plan; collaborate with operations and recruiting teams • Assist with managing the hiring for: Interns, FCG’s and Co-ops • Partner with third party recruiting organization to manage all aspects of the hiring process • Monitor hiring & supplier process metrics to ensure on target delivery and generate in-process metric reports • Partner with HR, Operations, and recruiting vendor to facilitate the hiring & onboarding of interns, co-ops and FCG’s • Drive the strategic direction and manage the intern and co-op programs • Lead talent acquisition projects as required • Lead a small team of recruiters to meet goals and deliver top talent
Skills Required:
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (business or communications) • 1+ years of talent acquisition experience • 1+years of Microsoft office suite experience (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: • Attention to detail and ability to think strategically • Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity • Excellent communication abilities • Interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and partnerships • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Join our team as we create tomorrow!
