ABILITY TO PERFORM SCREENING SERVICES
Sygnetics, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) that is willing to accept sole source awards during this critical time. We are capable of exceeding expectations and with our current team have experience in both CONUS and OCONUS assignments. During our more than 35 years in business as a Human Capital Management company, we have staffed positions with numerous agencies within the Federal Government. We have placed as many as 700 personnel on both short- and long-term assignments in one year on our Direct-to-tech for DELL Corporation contract. We handle all types of professionals and have been recognized as a preferred partner by DELL Corporation for our ability to place personnel at a moment’s notice and get the job done. Our past performance includes Veterans Affairs, U.S. Army, DOJ, BLM, NOAA, National Guard, DOD, and several others.
Our experience in health care makes us acutely aware of HIPPA requirements, and Sygnetics personnel have required clearances from NACI to TS level.
Sygnetics has previous experience with entry assessments while supporting our HR Solutions Rest & Recuperation contract for the US Army. This involved assessing deployed active and reserve service members supporting Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom (OEF/OIF) as they returned home for leave. Medical assessments were performed very similar to what would be required in an Enhanced Entry Screening requirement. The support included assessments of over 1 Million personnel during a six year period. We are not currently performing these services but can staff up quickly to handle any situation.
Our major teammate SRI responds to government needs for the immediate deployment of clinical and non-clinical workers. As a large business SRI will provide the outreach necessary to ensure our success. Examples of current services through SRI include:
– Military and Family Life Counselors – SRI has been able to staff over 400 counselors within 46 states, 3 US territories, and 13 OCONUS locations within the first year of performance. This has resulted in providing 499,948 sessions delivering counseling and advocacy support to 2,353,271 participants around the world. Our licensed clinical counselors assess every client for suicidal ideation, self-harm tendencies, and other mental health stress and defects in order to refer them to the appropriate next level of services.
– EFMP Respite Care – The Respite Care program has a flexible staffing approach that accommodates a very dynamic customer base, fluctuating to meet the demands of individual Soldier and Family needs. Over the course of the contract, SRI has hired over 400 direct employee Respite Care Providers (RCP) and acquired another 900+ subcontractor employees through our agreement with 11 agencies. RCP locations vary based on the EFM population, but currently span 37 geographically dispersed installations in 23 states and over 50 remote locations nationwide. Our Respite Care Providers assess families and their exceptional family members for safety and well-being during every home visit.
