  • Skills Required Applicants are expected to have a broad background in Microsoft Server Operating System administration along with technical knowledge related to server hardware and software, enterprise computing, and general networking competencies. Must have strong team skills and a customer-support background handling complex hardware and software systems. Be able to drive problem resolution by meeting the application SLAs with a customer centric view. The individual will be responsible for administration, automation, monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for Microsoft Windows Server environments. Essential Knowledge: . Windows Server Operating Systems. Win 2000 to Win 2016 . Active Directory administration. . Group Policy Objects (GPOs). . Microsoft Clustering . PowerShell . Windows Server . Information Security Policy, Security standards and configuration management. . Effective problem solving. . Strong oral and written communication skills, including, but not limited to, procedures and technical documentation. Desired Skills: . 4-5 years in a Data Center environment . Experience with virtualization: VMware ESX, and Microsoft Hyper-V. . Experience automating system administration tasks using PowerShell . Knowledge about IIS and MS SQL DB . Understanding of Routers; Firewalls; Switches; Hubs; NICs; SAN, NAS, File and Print Servers. . Experience with security tools: Norton SEP, CSP, FireEye . Backup Software: IBM Tivoli TSM. . Experience automating system management and monitoring using SCCM. . Experience supporting enterprise disaster recovery solutions.

  • Experience Preferred MCSA or MCSE: Server Infrastructure This position requires the individual to be flexible in work hours and be able to work afternoon shift of Noon-8:30PM EST.
