Work with Ford engineers and Company Customer Service Division (FCSD) to manage partners and create innovative customer ­facing features and service enhancements related to vehicle health. Requirement authoring and verification through the use of Company NetCom Diagnostics Engineering Tool software. Facilitate ongoing integration testing of during the product development phase through production launch. Provide development and launch support for new Vehicle Health innovations and support processes into the operational environment, including documentation and training.
