    • Skills Required • Provide EMC technical support to vehicle programs and product design teams. • Develop commodity specific EMC requirements • Review and approve component EMC test plans. • Review component test data and provide risk assessments • Conduct EMC Design Reviews of components and associated vehicle wiring/packaging. • Work with suppliers to review upfront design proposals and system tradeoffs to ensure EMC requirements are met. • Support vehicle engineers to resolve issues related to components • Review performance of Company approved test laboratories.
    • Skills Preferred • Must have strong problem solving skills and working knowledge of EMC. • Must have experience working with electrical test equipment and performing RF related measurements. • Ability to identify and diagnose RF/EMC problems and develop solutions. • Experience with PCB CAD tools or analysis tools such as CST is a plus. • A self-starter, motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and finish tasks on time. • Goal oriented, and a team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. • Excellent communication skills required, both written & verbal. • Must have strong problem solving skills and working knowledge of EMC.     • Experience Required 2 years of experience in Electrical Electronic Product Design and Validation
    • Education Required Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
    • Additional Information WBA not required. Visa Sponsorship is NOT available but TN candidates will be considered. Domestic Relocation is available for this position. Code in Assembler to develop, test, implement, document and support system modifications and MVS and JES exits. Analyze, debug and correct various z/OS software problems. Support z/OS Unix System Services (USS) and Websphere environments. Use IBM"s ServiceLink and interface with IBM technical support to resolve Operating System (z/OS) software and hardware problems. Proficient in Assembler, REXX, Clist and SAS coding (highly desired). Knowledge of RACF and ability to create and analyze RACF profiles. Provide system-programming support for the installation and upgrade of mainframe hardware configurations. Provide off hours support for Disaster Recovery planning and testing. Able to provide 24 hours support 7 days per week 365 days per year (rotational duty) for software issues (will be provided with a cell phone and on call laptop). Evaluate Software products as required and make recommendations to management. Implement and maintain security and control policies, procedures and standards in all phases of Software and Hardware implementation changes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of installed Hardware and Software products. Provide customer support by addressing Software/Hardware related trouble tickets providing levels 1, 2 and 3 support.
