Company X is Company Mobility’s venture incubator. We unite entrepreneurs, designers and engineers to envision, build and validate new mobility ventures and business models to shape the future of transportation. We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support a venture as part of our rapidly growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the office operations, including assisting in building our team culture. We're looking for an energetic and organized person who excels at tackling new challenges on a daily basis. The environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and energetic. • Champion the team’s operational fitness through logistical support, office operations and procedures • Act as primary liaison with building management (e.g. equipment requests, repairs, installs, etc.) • Provide IT support (team collaboration tool administration, etc.); escalate issues to the appropriate teams, when necessary, and manage to resolution • Manage ordering, receipt, tracking and delivery/staging of equipment (prototype materials, laptops, testing equipment, etc.) to ensure the team has what it needs to be successful, across sites • Work with the team to plan and coordinate activities and events (e.g., culture events, team building outings, etc.) • Manage the team calendar (e.g. events, travel, rituals, etc.) • Manage Ariba requisitions, purchasing process • Assist with special projects as needed
