Job Description
This posting is for a STRATEGY ANALYST on the IT WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE STRATEGY TEAM, responsible for development and delivery of strategy and support of strategic initiatives within the ITO Productivity and Collaboration portfolio. The Workplace Experience Strategy formed as a cross-functional strategic effort between HR, IT, and Ford Land (space planning) to deliver transformative experiences in the next-generation workplace. Analyst will support ITO and PDO delivery teams in evaluating, designing, and delivering next-generation collaboration, wellness, and mobility solutions. Responsibilities include: + Support team working towards a point-of-view amongst ambiguous or undefined strategy + Understand and Develop Workplace Experience strategy, leveraging research, brainstorming, benchmarking, and experimenting + Support strategic portfolio execution - metrics, project management, and stakeholder relationships + Interface with internal and external partner teams to understand and influence product roadmaps + Support IT Organization Change Management initiatives - Support strategic learning, communication, and technology adoption efforts + Integrate with Agile and SAFE strategic delivery program + Daily collaboration with diverse team of team-members and stakeholders + Drive project initiatives in support of broader strategic objectives + Facilitate workshops with a wide variety of participants + Present to and interface with IT and business leadership
