Study the company you will be interviewing with prior to your appointment to demonstrate what you know about them. Be sure to look up who is the CEO, COO, IT Director etc in order to know the names and positions of several people that are important. If there is a company list by department know the name of the person(s) that are in that department that you might be working with.
